This video shows Betty as they make their delicious and healthy grilled chicken sandwich. This is a great sandwich to make when you cook for yourself or maybe for 2 -, but can be done for a lot! Ingredients: (for 2 rolls) 2 chicken breast fillets cooked two sweet Italian sub rolls (you can use any kind of bread here replacement - Italian bread or French baguette or other options are good.) 2.1 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons dill pickle meat mallet taste, to tasteground black pepper extra virgin olive oil - enough to coat chicken 1 slice of American cheese Deluxe, optional (. can be any type of cheese you like) 2 thin slices of fresh tomatoes, fresh lettuce leaves to prepare two breast fillets for your chicken sandwich with a meat hammer (or something heavy) to smooth the fillets and tender.
