Adapted from Rick & Betty Betty Rotisserie Chicken Video Clips.

In this video, Betty and Rick, as a rotisserie chicken on a grill outdoors. The chicken is seasoned and placed on a heated grill, turning, until it is finished. The meat is tender and juicy, and this is a great alternative to regular fried chicken. Ingredients: 4 pounds chicken, extra virgin olive oil just earth and sea salt freshly ground black pepper, to open the packaged chicken and remove the giblets from the cavity inside. The guts are not used for this recipe. Rinse theClean water and chicken in a bowl large enough for you to season the chicken. Trim excess fat from the chicken (although some fat is good for stapling the chicken during cooking). Pour the olive oil over the chicken and spread it with your hands all over his body, including inside the cavity. Grind black pepper and salt over the chicken and rub on all sides, until the chicken with oil and salt and pepper well coated. Now put the chicken on a spit that fitsYour grill. Place the skewers on the grill when the grill temperature of about 350 degrees. Turn the switch to turn the tables. Close the grill and cook for 1 ½ to 2 hours or until the internal temperature of 175 degrees at thickest part of meat. (Note:. The chicken is cooked over direct heat, indirect heat with it cookeby) Remove from spit, cut as desired, and a nice pot. Serve immediately. We hope that this rotisserie chicken! Love, Rick &Betty ...
